Refund Policy
If surgery is cancelled within a reasonable time period the deposit will be applied to a re-scheduled surgery. However, on the day of surgery if the patient is a NO SHOW the deposit is NON REFUNDABLE and any future surgery must be PAID IN FULL before scheduling a surgery date.
